How do I pay for additional revision?

Please visit the service page and add "revision fee" to your cart.

Also include the project or service that I am currently working on that needs to be revised.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds are offered after your service has been purchased under any circumstances.

How do I submit information for my service?

When booking please provide as many details as possible. Send information, images, details, etc to Bookreesegraphix@gmail.com

In subject line please include (Name and Service)

How do I communicate with you?

All communication is in the form of email so that communication is clear and understood in writing for both parties.

What happens if I go MIA on my project?

​

If I haven't heard back or received a response after 15 days once your service has started it will be CANCELLED

No, you can not receive a credit. You must rebook the service over completely.

Do you post your work on social media/internet?

​

Yes, for promotional and marketing purposes Reese Graphix does post her designs unless she has signed a NDA

What forms of payment do you accept?

​

Reese Graphix no longer accepts Cash App or Zelle, you must go through the website to complete your purchase using your debit or credit card. I do not accept PayPal.

What is the process of payments?

​

All services must be paid in FULL before the completion of your service.
